When we were little students we were taught to raise our hand if we wanted to say something or go to somewhere.

But what you see on these pictures is entirely different, these captures aren’t in a classroom and these people are not little. These pictures were taken in different places, in different situations...

There is who's rising his hand to wave at somebody, who wanted to get intention, who wanted to say no, and who's claiming his right, and this is the Algerians' way of expressing their opinion by rising their hands on the air while singing in the pitch and the majority of their lyrics are against the government.

The Algerian youth brought this way of outcry from the pitch to the streets to demonstrate and they were so civilized and peaceful they chose this way to express their situation instead of being violent.

And although everyone with no exception is involved in this revolution, the very first motivation was due to these pitch youth people whose voice was so strong and unique.
