Whether it’s the dust trails, high-speed action, water splash or the spirit of the racers, 9th Al Salam Championship Desert Race is an opportunity to witness and frame the excitement. In this photo i was able to freeze the action as cyclists power through water ponds, creating dynamic bursts of energy and excitement. From flying droplets to determined riders, this photo showcase the raw intensity and beauty of racing on two wheels. It is one of the toughest races in the UAE with an extremely challenging course, different types of terrain and some nice elevations.
