Observations is my ongoing architectural quest to understand and reveal what might otherwise remain overlooked. As I started to think about what a new building could be, my own use of the camera is an attempt to look more closely at buildings through the lens of a camera, observe their qualities such as light and shadow, memory, texture, their form and articulation, how architectural details relate to the building and to the urban fabric and space of a city. The photographic series observations is an evolving and ongoing project that offers varying viewpoints about the day-to-day architectural spectacles we encounter.
