Through my photographic wanderings in today's urban Morocco, I try to reveal the traces of a Morocco sometimes moving or fixed in the past. It is a crossroads between a country that is being built and another that remains deeply rooted in tradition.
It is in this Morocco in suspense that I build my photographs playing with light, contrasts, materials in public space. The characters find themselves there as mute actors.

Par mes déambulations photographiques dans le Maroc urbain d'aujourd'hui, je cherche à révéler les traces d'un Maroc tantôt en mouvement tantôt figé dans le passé. Point de croisement entre un pays qui se construit et un autre qui reste profondément ancré dans la tradition.
C'est dans ce Maroc en suspens que je construis mes photographies jouant avec la lumière, les contrastes, les matières qui se trouvent dans l'espace public. Les personnages s'y retrouvent tel des acteurs muets.
