Hungarian mainstream politics started drawing heavily on the nations painful, historically rooted sentiments of xenophobia in the wake of the Migration Crisis of 2015. This social experiment unfortunately rolled out as a rather successful one, and planted the seeds to a previously unknown, yet now ever present image. The image of the “Migrant” is an intentionally blurred concept of the peoples of North Africa and the Middle East; peoples that we might not have any visible ties with, no historical sense of comamunity, and no reasonable awareness of.

Ironically, I first came to Morocco to get a rest, not to prove a point of politics, or make a statement. With all my heart and mind, I wanted to disregard this whirlpool of nationwide anxiety. I only came to do, what I most enjoy doing: to let the visual splendor......
