Over a month I travelled across Iran, from the Zagros Mountains to the Persian Gulf, from Lake Urmia to the "naked" desert Dasht-e Loot. During this journey over 6000km, I discovered the beauty of this wonderful country. The incredible hospitality with which Iranian welcomed me in their cities and homes will be an everlasting memory. The photo series "Unveiling the beauty of Iran" tells the story of my journey and gives an insight into a country which is still a mystery to the western world.
